Ingredients:
1/2 cup onion
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Accent
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 can mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
rice or Chinese noodles

Directions: In skillet, saute minced onion in butter.
Add ground beef, saute 5 minutes. Drain.
Add flour, salt, Accent, pepper, paprika, mushrooms, and soup. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, then stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked rice or Chinese noodles. (From Mary Miller)
