Popcorn Cake

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 lb. marshmallows
4 quarts popped corn
1 pound peanuts, parched or salted
1 (large) package M&M's














Directions: In large container mix together the popped corn, peanuts and M&M's. In sauce pan melt together the butter, oil and marshmallows. Pour over the popcorn mixture until blended. Pack in a buttered angel food cake pan. When cool, remove to a cake plate, slice and serve.
