Ingredients:
6 cups bread crumbs
6 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 (8 oz.) can oysters, drained

Directions: Melt butter in a large skillet, when hot stir in the bread crumbs. Cook until all the crumbs are coated in butter and slightly brown. Add celery, onion, salt, poultry seasoning, pepper and oysters. Stir until mixed. Put in an 8 inch square baking dish and bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350°F.
