Milk Chocolate Brownies

1/2 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions: Melt margarine in a suacepan. Pour into a mixing bowl. Add sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, eggs, and vanilla. Mix on low to medium speed until well blended. Pour into a greased a13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes: I have been making this dessert ever since I was old enough to bake. It mixes up quickly, and works great for potlucks on last minute notice.
