1 small head lettuce
3/4 cup onion, diced
3/4 cup green pepper, diced
1 (10 oz.) package frozen peas
1 pint salad dressing
1 (8 oz.) package processed cheese
1 (3.25 oz.) jar bacon bits
Directions: Chop lettuce into bite size pieces and lay on bottom of a 9x13 inch glass dish. Then layer with onion, green peper and frozen peas. Then spread salad dressing all over it to seal it. Then sprinkle with a layer of cheese and bacon bits. Refrigerate.
Notes: This salad will keep 3-4 days. When my family comes home, this is one of their favorite dishes.
