Salad Pizza

Ingredients:
2 packages crescent rolls
1 package cream cheese
3/4 cup salad dressing
2 cups ham, chopped
2 cups lettuce, chopped
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
4 cups cheese, shredded
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix, powdered (or 1 package)
1 cup broccoli
1 cup carrots, shredded
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup bacon bits
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped





Directions: Unroll the crescent rolls and pat onto two pizza pans and bake at 375°F for 12 minutes. Cool. Beat the cream cheese then add the salad dressing and also the sour cream. Gradually add the powdered ranch dressing mix. Now spread this mixture over the cooled crescent roll crust. Layer the chopped meat and veggies in the desired order. Top with cheese, eggs and bacon bits.

Notes: I like to mix the dressing the day or evening before for much better flavor. I came up with this recipe by combining three or four various recipes.
