Broccoli & Cheese Casserole

Ingredients:
2 (10 oz.) boxes broccoli, frozen and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 stick margarine
2 (10-3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 (15 oz.) jars processed cheese spread
2 cups rice












Directions: Melt butter. Add onion and celery, brown. Add broccoli and cook a few minutes. Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, processed cheese and rice. Mix. Put in bowl and bake in oven at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly.
