Overnight Coffee Cake

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup shortening
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon







Directions: Grease a 9x13 inch pan. On low speed, blend flour, sugar, shortening, buttermilk, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and eggs. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Spread in pan. For topping, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts. Pour over batter. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°F.
