Cranberry Salad With Cream Cheese

Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups boiling water
2 small packages cherry gelatin
1 package cranberries, ground
2 cups sugar
3 bananas
1 large can pineapple, crushed
4 apples, ground
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
milk
1/2 cup pecan or walnut pieces










Directions: In large mixer bowl, dissolve cherry gelatin in boiling water. In food processor, grind cranberries, bananas, and apples with the sugar. Add crushed pineapple with juice, then add all to the gelatin. Pour into 9x13 inch pan or two smaller bowls. Refrigerate until firm. To prepare topping, in small bowl, mix cream cheese with a little milk to thin. Spread on firm salad and sprinkle with nuts.
