Ingredients:
1 can sauerkraut
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 - 1 cup sugar

Directions: Drain and wash the sauerkraut. Chop up the bacon and mix it into the sauerkraut. Add the sugar, to your preference, and pour in a loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350° F.
