broccoli, a whole head or to your taste
2 cups celery, diced (optional
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup cottage cheese, low fat
2 cups low fat milk
salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Cook broccoli and celery in water until tender. Drain. Blend chicken soup, cottage cheese and milk in blender until smooth. Pour over broccoli and heat until hot.
Notes: You may add about a cup of cheddar cheese or until the color is as you like it. My husband says this soup is a "keeper".
