Ingredients:
1/2 cup cabbage, sliced thinly
1/2 cup ham, diced
2 cups low fat chicken broth
1 potato, cooked and diced
salt and pepper to taste

Directions: Warm all ingredients until cabbage is cooked and the rest of the ingredients are blended. If desired top with a little shredded cheese.
Notes: This soup is quick to make and is really good.
