Creamy Frosting

Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups heavy cream
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

















Directions: Mix cream and sugar together and cook to a soft ball stage at 240°F. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Stir until it becomes thick. Frost cake.

Notes: This takes some practice to get it just right
