Sugar Free Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes, diced
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 large onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
1 (8 oz.) package fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dried basil
4 tablespoons sugar substitute
2 cups water







Directions: In a large skillet, brown beef over medium heat. In a large (dutch oven size) kettle combine remaining ingredients, add browned beef. Cover, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer over low heat. Simmer 4 to 6 hours or all day. Stir occasionally. Serve with spaghetti or as sauce for pizza.
