Ingredients:
2 packages cherry gelatin
1 (10 oz.) can cola
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese
chopped pecans
1 cup boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Directions: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add Coke. Chill 10 to 20 minutes. Add pineapple, cherry pie filling and nuts. Let set. Blend whipped topping and cream cheese until fluffy. Spread on top of gelatin. Chill until set.
