Ingredients:
2 tablespoons shelled sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/2 head finely chopped cabbage (1 package precut cabbage)
1/2 cup diced red or green onions
1 package chicken flavored ramen noodles
SAUCE:
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons white or wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup oil
1 package flavoring (from the noodles)

Directions: In a large bowl combine cabbage, onions, crumbled ramen noodles (uncooked), and nuts. Combine all of the sauce ingredients and shake well. Add to salad. Serve immediately.
Notes: The noodles will soften if it is refrigerated a few hours.
