Ingredients:
2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
2 sticks butter
5 cups crushed cornflakes
1 (12 oz.) package shredded cheese
1 chopped onion
salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions: Place in a 13x9 pan coated with non-stick cooking spray, hashbrowns, soups, sour cream, 1 stick melted butter and onion, mix well. In a large bowl put in cornflakes and other stick butter, melted. Stir to coat and spread on top of hashbrown mixture, spri
