Ingredients:
3/4 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup celery, chopped
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup sherry
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 cups cooked wild rice

Directions: In skillet, saute vegetables in butter; add sherry, salt, pepper and wild rice. Cook until liquid is evaporated and wild rice is heated through. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
