Corn-Rice Casserole

Ingredients:
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1 cup cooked rice
1 stick melted margarine
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
1 (small) chopped onion
1 (small) chopped bell pepper














Directions: Combine all ingredients, bake 30 minutes in 300°F oven. Top with grated cheese.

Notes: Old family recipe, fast, easy and good. A must at Christmas time!
