Corn Pudding

Ingredients:
2 cups corn
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 stick margarine













Directions: Put in blender. Blend together well. Pour in greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. For a variation, add a little onion and/or jalapeno pepper.
