Frozen Fruit Cups

6 cups boiling water
can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemon juice, thawed
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
5 bananas, crushed
2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple and juice
3 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1(16 oz.) bag frozen strawberries, diced while frozen
48 (9 oz.) clear plastic cups

Directions: Mix all ingredients together and dip into 48 9 oz. clear plastic cups. Set them in cake pans to freeze. Take out of freezer at least one hour before serving so the fruit will be slushy.

Notes: This is a big hit when served at a morning brunch.
