Caramel Apple Salad

Ingredients:
1 (small) package butterscotch instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping (thawed)
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 cup mini marshmallows
3 cups chopped apples (with peelings)















Directions: In a large bowl, mix together the dry pudding, whipped topping, pineapple and juice until well blended. Stir in the apples and marshmallows until thoroughly mixed. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving. Serves 8.

Notes: A family favorite, a special request for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners.
