Ingredients:
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli and cauliflower
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons margarine
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 small can sliced water chestnuts
2 cups cooked regular rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
bread crumbs mixed with a little butter

Directions: Steam broccoli and cauliflower for 5 minutes but slightly crispy. Saute celery and onion in margarine until tender. Mix water chestnuts, rice, soup, milk, cheese and all other ingredients together in a baking dish. Cover with buttered bread crumbs and
