Baked Green Beans

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups green beans, cooked
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup margarine
hard cooked eggs, for garnish













Directions: Melt margarine in large shallow baking pan while heating oven to 450°F. Drain cooked beans. Beat egg; add salt and pepper. Pour over beans and mix gently. Add bread crumbs (do notuse cracker crumbs) and toss lightly to coat beans with crumbs. Arrange beans in single layer over bottom of baking pan in melted margarine. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot. Garnish with sliced, hard cooked eggs if desired.
