Ingredients:
1 (24 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
large package gelatin dessert (any flavor)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large whipped topping

Directions: Mix cottage cheese and gelatin dessert together, do not add water. Then add pineapple and whipped topping. Chill and serve. You may also add your favorite nuts and/or marshmallows to the salad.
Notes: This is a pretty, good for you salad. One that you can make at the last minute.
