Zucchini in Cream

Ingredients:
6 small zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch slices
2/3 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/2 cup cheddar cheese (sharp), grated
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup cracker crumbs












Directions: Preheat oven to 375°F. Simmer zucchini in water to cover for 10 minutes. Drain. Turn into a greased 8 inch baking dish. Combine sour cream, butter, 1/4 cup cheese, salt, pepper and onion powder in small saucepan. Heat and stir until blended. Pour over zuc
