Mexican Salad

Ingredients:
1 can ranch style beans, drained and rinsed
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 head lettuce
1 bottle Catalina salad dressing
2 to 3 cups corn chips
grated Cheddar cheese












Directions: Mix beans, pepper, onion, tomatoes and dressing. Cover and marinate several hours or overnight. Before serving, shred lettuce and mix in. Top with corn chips and grated cheese.
