Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 (12 to 16 oz.) carton whipped topping
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons cornstarch
3.25 cup water, boiling
2 (3 oz.) boxes peach gelatin
2 cups peaches, diced

Directions: Mix flour and butter, spread in 9x13 inch pan. Bake 350°F for 15 minutes. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and whipped topping together and spread on cooled crust. Mix sugar and cornstarch, add to boiling water. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
