Ingredients:
10 potatoes
2 teaspoons onion salt
cold tap water
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sour cream
salt to taste

Directions: Peel potatoes and place in oven proof bowl or large saucepan. Add cold tap water and season with onion salt. Cover with foil or saucepan lid. Place in a 350°F oven for approximately 2 hours. Remove from oven and drain water from potatoes into container an
