Oriental Crunch Salad

Ingredients:
1/2 head cabbage
green onions (use tops of 2 onions)
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 package shelled salted sunflower seeds
1 package chicken flavored Ramen noodles
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
DRESSING
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup oil, preferably canola









Directions: Bake the 1/2 cup almonds seven minutes in a 300°F oven. Shred cabbage, chop the onions. Place both the cabbage and the onions in a large bowl. Add the almonds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and the crushed Ramen noodles. Mix well. For dressing, mix all in

Notes: You can add chopped cooked chicken if you like.
