Poppy Potatoes

Ingredients:
10 potatoes
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
1 cup chopped ham
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup bacon bits
1/2 cup poppy seed
2 tablespoons milk










Directions: Boil potatoes with skins on, cool. Peel and grate in large bowl. Add Cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese and ham, stir. Add onions, sour cream, milk and butter. Spread in 9x13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle with bacon bits and poppy seeds. Bake in 350°F oven for 45 minutes.
