1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/3 cup diced onion
1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (8 oz.) package refrigerated crescent rolls
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions: Brown ground beef and onion, drain well. Stir in spaghetti sauce heat until bubbly. Pour into oven proof 8x12 inch baking dish. Combine Mozzarella cheese and sour cream and spoon over meat. Unroll crescent rolls and spread over top of cheese mixture (do not separate). Brush melted butter over pastry. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over pastry. Bake at 375°F for 18 to 25 minutes until well browned.
Notes: Serve with a salad for a great quick meal.
