Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
5 (medium) potatoes
1 (medium) onion
3/4 cup water
salt and pepper
garlic salt
ground cumin
shredded cheese

Directions: Brown ground beef in skillet, drain if necessary. Peel and cut potatoes into 1 inch size cubes, chop onion, add potatoes and onions to top of ground beef. Add seasonings to taste, add water, cover and simmer until potatoes are tender stirring occasionally. Cover all with shredded cheese just before serving.
