Ingredients:
lasagna noodles
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 clove minced garlic
1 (small) chopped onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 lb. cottage cheese
bay leaf
1 (5 oz.) can tomato paste
1 cup water

Directions: Cook noodles for 10 to 15 minutes. Brown meat, add garlic and onion, tomato paste, water, salt, pepper and bay leaf. Simmer 1 hour. In 9x13 inch pan, layer noodles, sauce, cheese, noodles, sauce, cheese, etc. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350°F.
