Tijuana Train Wreck

Ingredients:
white rice, cooked
corn chips
chili (recipe to follow)
lettuce, shredded
tomatoes, diced
picante sauce
Colby Jack cheese, shredded
black olives, sliced
green onions, chopped
pecans, chopped
coconut, shredded
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 teaspoon, EACH ground black pepper and salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1 tablespoon dried pepper flakes
2 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 (16 oz.) can tomato juice

Directions: Ingredients should be assembled in this order. Rice, chips, chili, lettuce, tomatoes, picante sauce, cheese, black olives, green onions, pecans, coconuts. For chili, brown ground beef and seasonings and drain. Stir in 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon prepared mustard and 1 16 oz. can tomato juice. Let simmer 30 to 45 minutes stirring occasionally.

Notes: This is fun to serve at a party√źyou can assign each guest to bring one ingredient.
