5 beaten eggs
1 cup crab meat (cut into pieces)
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups milk
salt and pepper (to taste)
1 pastry crust
Directions: Place pastry crust in quiche dish. Beat eggs, add crab meat, cheese, onion, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into quiche dish. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, turn off oven and leave quiche in over for 10 minutes to set.
Notes: I mix the batter the night before.
