Ingredients:
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 (medium) chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 (7 oz.) package narrow noodles
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions: Lightly brown sausage, onion and green pepper. Drain off fat. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Mix together soup, milk and cheese. Combine all ingredients and place in greased 9x9 inch baking dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake in 350°F oven until bubbly, about 30 to 40 minutes.Variation: May add 1 1/2 cups of cooked peas or a combination of cooked peas and carrots when combining all ingredients.
