Ingredients:
1 layer raw potatoes
1 layer raw onion
1 lb. ground beef
2 cups raw rice
1 can kidney beans (with juice)
1 can tomato soup














Directions: Place a layer of raw potatoes in baking dish and 1 layer of raw onion. Crumble 1 lb. of ground beef over potatoes and onion. Salt and pepper. Add 1 can kidney beans (or pork and beans) with juice and 1 can tomato soup. Cover entire mixture with chili powder to taste. Cover with foil and bake, 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.

Notes: Good on a cold night, when chores are done.
