Ingredients:
12 dove breasts
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
8 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup rice (uncooked)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
3 tablespoons minced onions

Directions: Pour flour, salt and pepper mixture in a paper bag. Drop dove breasts into flour mixture, shake well. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Set aside until ready to put in baking dish with the rest of the ingredients. Grease a large baking dish. Sprinkle rice into baking dish. Mix soup and water, pour over rice. Sprinkle peppers and onions over soup mixture. Place browned dove on top of mixture. Cover and cook in 300°F oven for 2 hours.
