Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dry onion soup mix
1 tablespoon horseradish
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 tablespoons softened butter
8 slices white bread
8 slices roast beef
8 slices Swiss cheese

Directions: Soften onion soup mix in 1 tablespoon (more or less) water. Stir and mix horseradish and pepper with butter. Spread on both sides of bread. Top with roast beef and cheese. Brown under broiler until cheese begins to melt. Serve warm.
