Hot Tuna Salad

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups uncooked macaroni
6 cups liquid broth (liquid from canned vegetables, or water)
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna
1 can drained green peas
1 can drained diced carrots
1 (medium) grated onion
1/2 cup salad dressing
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper











Directions: Cook macaroni in liquid approximately 20 minutes. Stir often. Combine tuna, peas, carrots, onion, salad dressing, salt and pepper in a medium sized mixing bowl. Add macaroni and stir well. Serve immediately on crisp lettuce leaves if desired. Serves 6, generously.

Notes: My family especially enjoys this during the winter months.
