Apple Meatloaf

Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups dry oatmeal
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups grated and unpeeled apple
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar







Directions: Mix ground beef, eggs, oatmeal, salt, onion, pepper and grated apple together. Pat into a bundt pan. In a separate bowl mix ketchup, water, chili sauce, barbecue sauce, brown sugar and vinegar.
