Carrot Burgers
Chef:  Ruth Segelke - Hillrose, CO          Category:  Main Dishes

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
3 peeled and shredded carrots
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup

















Directions: Saute ground beef and carrots together until meat is lightly browned. Add mushroom soup and heat through. Serve on hamburger buns as a sandwich or over mashed potatoes.
