Cajun Chicken

Ingredients:
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (more if you like it REALLY spicy)
3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
















Directions: Combine lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, and Cajun seasoning. Pour over chicken that has been placed in plastic container or zipper bag. Do not use a metal pan. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, up to 24 hours. Grill over hot coals until done. Serves 4.
