Ingredients:
1 chopped chicken or chicken breast
1 beaten egg
flour
butter
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons water
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon Accent

Directions: Cut up one chicken or chicken breast into bite size pieces. Dip in beaten egg, roll in flour and fry in butter (not margarine) until crisp or brown. Place in roaster.Combine soy sauce, water, vinegar, salt, sugar, and Accent and pour over chicken pieces. Bake at 350°F for 1/2 hour spooning sauce over meat every 10 minutes. Good served over rice. If you want sauce for rice, make a double recipe (1 1/2 cups sugar is enough for double recipe).
