Chicken and Corn Casserole

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked and diced chicken
1 can cream style corn
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup butter or margarine
8 slices bread (cut into cubes)














Directions: Melt butter in large skillet on low heat. Add bread cubes and mix making sure that all cubes are buttered. Combine chicken, corn, soup and milk in a greased 9x13 inch dish. Top with bread cubes. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until casserole is bubbly and bread is browned.

Notes: A family favorite when I was growing up. My brothers had a tendency to snitch bread cubes before everyone was seated!!
