Ingredients:
1 cup oats
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoons black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2/3 pounds chicken breasts
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup melted margarine

Directions: Heat oven to 375°F. Place oats, cheese, salt, pepper and paprika in blender or food processor and process about 1 minute. Dip chicken pieces in milk, then coat with oat mixture. Place in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and drizzle with margarine. Bake 55 to 60 minutes.
