Ingredients:
2 lbs. trimmed round steak
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms

Directions: Combine the flour, onion powder, garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Cut steak into serving-size pieces, dredge in the flour mixture. I also use tenderized steak. In a skillet, brown steak in oil. Drain and place in a casserole dish. Combine mushroom soup, milk, and mushrooms and pour over the meat. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Serves 6.
