Creamy Mexican Bake

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
1 can chili beans
1 can refried beans
1/2 cup salsa, or 1 can Mexican style tomatoes

8 tortillas (flour)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 (small) can chopped green chiles
1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 can chopped black olives








Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown and drain ground beef. Add taco seasoning, chili beans, refried beans and salsa (or tomatoes), heat until bubbling. Spray a 9x11 inch pan with cooking spray. Cover the bottom with 4 of the tortilla shells. Add the meat and bean mixture. Sprinkle with half the cheese. Cover with remaining 4 tortillas. In a medium sized bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream and chiles. Spread over the top of the tortillas. Cover with remaining grated cheese and top with chopped black olives. Bake about 30 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves approximately 8.
