Chinese Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
1 cup diced cooked chicken
1 cup sliced celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 cup minute rice (uncooked)
2 tablespoons minced onion
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 cup cornflake crumbs
2 tablespoons margarine










Directions: Mix together (will be thick). Pour into casserole dish. Melt 2 tablespoons margarine and add 1 cup cornflake crumbs. Mix and spread on top of casserole. Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes. Serve with soy sauce, optional.
